Full time consultant for the BC Hydro NERC CIP Compliance Team. Supporting the company in staying NERC CIP Compliant by enforcing CIP standards and procedures, coordinating with various BC Hydro teams, violation mitigation and remediation, suggesting process improvements, and data analysis activities using excel- Deliverable Lead for a battery bank replacement project at a BC Hydro Generating station. This included developing the design, preparing the BOM, drafting using AutoCAD, and Field Test Documents- Deliverable lead for a redundant valve trip design at a BC Hydro Generating station. This included developing the design, BOM, drafting using AutoCAD, completing health and safety forms, and a site trip- Deliverable lead for a Safety System project at a BC Hydro Generating station. This included the programming of SEL RTACS and Schneider PLCs, drawing functional block and control logic diagrams, preparing factory lab and site test plans, leading the commissioning activities at site, redline changes in any affected schematics, writing operating manuals, and more- Provided support in the design of an HVAC system for an enclosed room containing a battery bank. Prepared the field test procedure for the commissioning of this work.
