Passionate about the transformative power of community building and multiculturalism, Aminah values alignment on social sustainability and diversity, and facilitates high-profile events and media opportunities for executives and senior managers, cultivating an interdisciplinary approach to communications and engagement. Currently, Aminah is the Project Team Lead at Indus Translation Services Inc. For the Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), she leads and connects her team cross-functionally with public-private organizations, prioritizing localization, standardization and access to native-linguists for 150+ languages. Democratizing access for equity-deserving groups, Aminah was the Provincial Community Engagement Manager for the \'Building Builders Mentorship Program\'. A Government of Canada initiative, she oversaw targeted retention rate improvement by utilizing cross-channel communication via impactful storytelling and curating strong partnerships. Aminah also held the role of Director Marketing and Public Relations at Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC). Leading two years of the World Partnership Walk (WPW) through the pandemic, she increased engagement levels by 55%. Aminah was trained in integrated political-development communications during her time as Communications Manager at the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), Government of the United Kingdom, and collaborated with the then-Department of International Development (DFID) and The British Council. As a Tribal Indigenous Member from North-Western Pakistan, Aminah is fluent in five languages and has earned a Master of Science in International and Intercultural Communication and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Politics.
