Amina Abonde-Adigun is a strategist with a passion for driving growth and improving performance outcomes. Beginning her career in clinical audiology, Amina is currently a Manager at Strategy & with experience developing a range of enterprise-wide and growth strategies. Prior to her role in consulting, she served as Director of Professional Services at WS Audiology, a global leader in hearing solutions, leading initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer care across the UK. Amina holds a Master’s in Public Health, with a focus on Health Economics, from The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Her experience also includes global health projects in Cameroon and Kenya, where she collaborated with health professionals and community based organisations on sustainable health initiatives.Beyond her professional work, Amina is passionate about community building and innovation in Africa. From 2011 to 2019, she was an integral part of the TEDxEuston team, a platform dedicated to sharing ideas and inspiring change across the African continent. She initially managed strategic partnerships, and later took on the role of co-curator and license holder, fostering a global community of changemakers.
