ABOUT AMINA TITCHENER

I am a bi-lingual committed and self motivated individual with experience of working in various customer service roles focused on providing a professional approach. I have an excellent sales ability; demonstrate exceptional customer care and knowledge. I adapt well to working within established teams and my personality enables me to establish a positive rapport with both colleagues and customers alike. My work has always been to a high standard and I am diplomatic and pragmatic in my approach to working with the general public. I am accustomed to working in a fast paced environment, under pressure, producing work to a high standard whilst adhering to strict targets and deadlines.I consider myself as a very caring, compassionate person and relish self satisfaction from helping people, I get on easily with people and find it very easy to adapt myself to most situations due to having excellent interpersonal skills. I am looking forward to a long successful career working in the medical field. I have shown dedication in college and university which can be reflected in my work and also the election of representing my access group and also my university ODP cohort. Having managed/owned my own business my managerial/leadership/teamwork/organisational skills are second to none.
