I didn’t start in healthcare just to build a business—I started with a promise.After experiencing the loss of my mother without the support of hospice care, I knew I wanted to create something different. Something more human. Something rooted in dignity, compassion, and presence during life’s most vulnerable moments.Today, I am the Founder and Administrator of Divine Roses Hospice and Home Health, where we care for patients and families with a deeply personal approach. We believe that every life deserves to be honored with respect, regardless of culture, religion, or background.With over 3 decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have grown from bedside care into building and leading a healthcare organization focused on both excellence and empathy. My work now centers on expanding access to hospice care, developing strong community relationships, and creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported.
