From co-governance in non-profits to financial transformations to internships in gaming, my career has one throughline: making transformation human. At Behaviour Interactive, I design campus and internship experiences that go beyond the ordinary; building programs where students and early talent feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow in one of the most creative industries in the world!Previously, as a Change Management Consultant at KPMG, I supported large-scale organizational shifts in complex sectors like banking, helping teams move through change with clarity and confidence. Before that, I spent three years in the non-profit world, leading initiatives rooted in equity, co-governance, and amplifying marginalized voices.What connects these experiences is a belief that transformation isn’t just about systems, strategies, or structures. It’s about people, their potential, their voices, and the cultures they shape.
