Manages daily entertainment operation Shows, Activities & Event Operators (Light Board Operators & Audio Operators) and all Talent (Performers). Monitor integrity and show quality of events and performances - including, performers and Musicians. Call technical show cues for show events and stage performances. Instruct cast in dance movements at rehearsals to achieve desired effect. Manage show operation including all appropriate decisions regarding weather, technical breakdowns, performer injuries in partnership with the Team where applicable. Manage the scheduling for all musicians, as well as the scheduling and organization of all entertainment rehearsals for events, Verify/ maintain quality and integrity of show in regards to character performer, show direction and technical aspects. Work with the Stage Production Manager, Senior Technician, and Senior Costume Technician in relation to show and technical operations. In partnership with all Team, create and communicate performer rehearsals, performance schedules, show modifications and other factors related to the running of each show Responsible for creating, monitoring & modifying the entertainment schedule to include activities, music, shows, etc. Monitor guest responses to the entertainment, create plans to improve customer service and Train Cast on how to improve the guest\'s experiences Responsible to create and Maintain - safe and functional working environment and keep travel logs, tracking the travel schedule, major events and any accidents, disputes or injuries. Ensuring a positive and effective environment to discuss issues related to the production of shows, Issue track & maintenance, safety, entertainment scheduling. revenue and groups requirements. Negotiates contracts for entertainers, plans and oversees event operations and staff, creates and sticks to a budget for each event, and ensures a positive experience for guests.
