Recently I have accepted the position as Partner for My Supply Chain Group LLC, tasked with leading the EWM practice. Previously I was on a Project with Uni-Select Inc as the SAP-EWM Subject Matter Expert. Responsible for the overall design, and functionality for approximately 40 warehouses. Previous to Uni-Select Inc, I was a Sr. Consultant with Logi-Star solutions, specializing in SAP-EWM (Extended Warehouse Management, and the Functional Lead for EWM at Maple Leaf Foods While at Logi-star, I was responsible for blue printing new solutions in the Consumer Food/Food Service and Aerospace industries. This has expanded my knowledge on more complex processes, specifically around QA, and Labour Management. Previous to Logi-Star, I was the lead EWM SME for Maple Leaf Foods. I was responsible for implementing the first Canadian EWM solution in their Frozen Bakery division. This initial project included a half dozen Distribution Centres located in Canada & US. I was familiar with previous Previous Project Management methodologies, quickly adapted to the ASAP methodology used in today\'s SAP implementations.(Project Prep, Blueprint, Realization, Final Prep, & Go Live). My next project at Maple Leaf Foods was a significant challenge as I was responsible for \"Bleeding Edge\" components of SAP-EWM, bringing the need for catch-weight in a very fast paced order to cash business. I had successfully implemented EWM (with the first catch weight design) at Maple Leaf Foods - Poultry across 6 Distribution Centres in Canada. I was also part of the EWM implementation for Canada Bread - Atlantic region, where another 4 DC\'s were implemented. To summarize, I have lead 9 successful EWM projects with approximately 60 Distribution Centers so far in my tenure
