Looking after Primary Sales with the predefined target to achieve the monthly revenue for the organization for the Consumer Appliances Appliances Product division of Water Heater, Mixer Grinder and Air Cooler.*Managing the distributor, Retailers & fanschise for monitoring all the hygiene factor of sales & manage a systematic way as per the policies of the company for entire Assam & NE Area.*Visiting retailer daily as per MJP & beat plan self / joint visit with FOS to uplift the secondary sale.*Suprvising as well as guide Payroll Executive and FOS’s for their secondary sale and measuring their beat wise reail visit with value addition to achieve their target.*Maintain a healthy relation with the distributor for Primary and Secondary sales also appointing new distributor in a vacant area for business growth.*Focus on project sales in the private orgainzation with generating though the own lead.*Monotoring marketing part for the execution of the various Marketing activities,Promotion,Advetisement to motivate the distributors & dealers for sale growth.*Cordination with the service team for every service issue and follow up till the solution.Responsible for team management for business growth.
