ABOUT ALINA MILLER
I am a sophomore at Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business pursuing majors in Supply Chain Management, Economic Consulting, and Business Analytics. My passion lies in behavioral economics, where problem solving meets an understanding of how people make decisions. First introduced to economics in high school, I expanded my interests in college to business analytics and supply chain management, which allow me to explore data-driven and operational perspectives alongside human behavior. On campus, I engage with Epsilon Nu Tau, a business fraternity that fosters entrepreneurial thinking, and the Politics, Philosophy, and Economics Society, where I discuss how behavioral insights shape policy and strategy. As a peer tutor for K201, a computer in business course, I further develop my ability to translate complex concepts into clear explanations, a skill I value in applying behavioral economics to real-world challenges.Beyond academics, I enjoy playing guitar, staying active through workouts, writing, and seeking out new adventures. I find balance by exploring new places and experiences with friends, and I believe that both work and play naturally complement each other.
