Overall Site-wide Security Director overseeing security and fire life safety of an 8 acre campus in Midtown Manhattan. The site has six buildings of mixed use with 7 million square feet of office space and a valuation of $8.6 billion. Establish relationships with building management, tenants and staff to ensure efficiency of delivery of security services. Provide oversight, conduct payroll, scheduling and training of staff. Administer interior and exterior security operations, loading dock procedures, visitor registration system, work orders, CCTV surveillance system and key control process. Coordinate with vendors and various stakeholders for EAP Drills, Staff and Fire Warden training.
