Additional work sessions will be scheduled if needed; public input is welcome.As a Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District Board Director it is important for me to develop strong relationships with my fellow elected leaders in Washington County. Whether we are collaborating informally or formally with an intergovernmental agreement, at some point our agencies will have to work together on projects and programs that will impact our constituencies– healthy intergovernmental relationships can be a deciding factor on whether those impacts are positive.
