Reporting to the CFO. Responsible for preparation of month end financial reports with full cycle accounting, sales tax filing, monthly management reports, bank and general ledger reconciliation. Responsible for preparing revenue and cost budget and variance analysis on monthly basis. Liaise with different departments to identify risks and opportunities to achieve budgeted revenue and cost targets. Responsible for handling the annual external audit. Worked as the in-house expert of iMIS, the billing and membership management software of the organization. Currently, working on a special project to enhance management reporting with Power BI dashboards.
