I am a Talent Development Manager leading the L&D vertical, passionate about designing and delivering learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives. I specialize in Talent Development, Training, and Employee Engagement, building programs that blend creativity, fun, and measurable impact. I am skilled in L&D Consulting, Program Strategy, Negotiation, and People Leadership, with experience driving transformation initiatives across diverse organizations.Earlier in my career, I co-founded Etude36•••20), a gamified learning solutions venture incubated by IIM Bangalore (NSRCEL). Etude360 was recognized among the top 20 start-ups incubated at IIM B and awarded “Best Customer Service Excellence During Pandemic” by HRAI. I have co-presented learning simulations at global forums such as NASAGA (2020 & 2021), ISAGA, and SIETAR.I am an internationally certified Learning Game Designer and Behavioral Skills Trainer, and I am currently pursuing a certification in Adult Learning and Development from the University of Toronto. My professional journey spans multiple sectors including telecommunications, transportation, chemicals, food, and construction.Outside work, I volunteer with Sahajyoga Meditation, helping people discover meditation as a simple way to cultivate peace, clarity, and balance. I also enjoy exploring offbeat travel destinations, listening to music, and reading.
