About Amiee Parco

I’m a family law attorney and advocate with a deep commitment to empowering survivors of domestic violence through trauma-informed legal representation, mentorship, and systemic reform. I currently serve as a Staff Attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services, where I represent clients in complex custody, divorce, child support, and 209A matters. I also co-lead the Relocation Project, helping survivors navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges in family court.In Fall 2025, I’m honored to return to my alma mater, New England Law | Boston, as an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching a course called “Domestic Violence and the Law.” I’m passionate about preparing the next generation of attorneys to handle these cases with nuance, cultural humility, and a deep understanding of the intersection of trauma and the law.Previously, I spent five years at Casa Myrna, managing the legal intern program and representing survivors in both Probate & Family and District Court. I continue to mentor attorneys through the Women’s Bar Foundation and recently completed the Boston Bar Association’s Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP), Class of 2024–2025.Before entering the legal profession, I owned and operated a small business in Boston’s South End for over 15 years. That experience continues to shape my leadership style and approach to community-based advocacy.
