Manage and design work orders following the SCE approved design standards and in-field construction requirements- Conduct field visits to collect information needed to coordinate new services and service upgrades per customer request- Coordinate site meetings with PSPECs and E-Crew Forman to develop planned procedures for construction of larger projects and come up with solutions to complex work environments in order to keep all employees and the public safe- Manage crew availability, outage duration and material sourcing as the Duty Supervisor and Storm Manager- Provide training, support and guidance to Planner 1s in order to help manage workloads, various customer expectations and timelines of compliance work with hard set due dates- Assist as a DAT team lead as needed for Storm situations in order to assist with crew response time to pending ROs and emergency conditions.
