Support the recruitment and consultation for major areas in the hospitals including inpatient nursing, pulmonary, radiology, and rehab services on a campus-based and system levels-Develop consultative relationships with business operators to coach and encourage best practices in the hiring process-Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and Handshake to proactively source passive candidates-In partnership with the Culture, Engagement, and Inclusion Team, encourage relationships with diverse nurse associations and work with internal programs that are designed to increase diversity and opportunities for people of color at OhioHealth-Leverage Behavioral and Competency-based interviews process to identify external candidates, interview, and extend offers to top talent-Identify and review internal applicants for positions or transfers, ensure all company policies were followed-Work closely with Associate Health and Wellness to facilitate suitable job placements for associates in the Workplace Accommodation Program -Research issues and serve as an HR liaison with associate relations, payroll, compensation, HRIS, and benefits-Partner with Legal and Human Resource Business Partners to ensure proper hiring practices are in place-Participate in associate recognition programs
