The team I currently serve as a Scrum Master produces professional training courses and marketing campaigns for other companies with Scorpion Productions, a Scorpion Computer Services company. I am in charge of Producing each course including but not limited to formulating the team, creating the Gantt chart with budget, sourcing equipment and film locations, scheduling meetings and film shoots, writing copy for coursework slides, creating graphics specific to the course, as well as determining the overall marketing strategy in order to begin with the end in mind. I am a trained commercial actor with experience from acting in over 100 commercials and testimonials with Ecomvids, an e-commerce commercial video company. When it makes sense I will also act in the professional training courses with Scorpion Productions as an introductory host as well as in direct and act in the ads for the course. My most recent client, Felipe Engineer, podcaster and the writer of Construction Scrum, had so many synergies that we decided to partner on the course to bring the Scrum Framework to the Design and Construction Industry.
