Supporting the People Process & Change Manager in the ongoing improvement, administration, maintenance, and day to day running of the core Workday applications, as well as lead other change management initiatives across People, including project management and business analysis support- Lead, design, test and implement technical system changes to deliver ongoing continuous improvements- Assist in the design and production of Workday reports, Business Processes, and Integrations- Build effective working relationships and influence across all levels- Conduct any colleague management duties if required including: Delivering coaching and feedback to direct report to achieve KPI’s and SLAs, and conducting regular performance reviews
