ABOUT AMIE B.
Hi, I\'m Amie a Team Lead for Psychological Services and Positive Psychology Coach. I have over 8 years of experience in Occupational Health and Mental Health services (EAP), I specialise in both managing psychological teams and delivering positive psychology coaching. I\'ve developed my expertise in mental health assessments and low-intensity psychological interventions to support those who are absent from work, or struggling with their wellbeing. This all also now informs my role as a Team Lead. My passion lies in empowering individuals, both the people I coach and my team, to flourish and thrive. I apply evidence and science-based strategies to help clients identify their strengths, align with their values, and build actionable plans for a more fulfilling life. I am currently completing a Master\'s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, whereby I will be working towards chartership as a Coaching Psychologist with the BPS.
