In my present job role, I manage HR operations for 265 employees across 26 locations in North Dakota and Minnesota, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Along with this, I oversee employee relations, intervene and mediate conflicts, and lead Employee Engagement Survey process, driving action planning across business, while monitoring and reporting on staffing metrics, including overtime, turnover, and unpaid time, to confirm effective workforce management. I also regulate payroll functions, including management of incentive and commission programs, certifying accurate and timely payroll processing.Key Accomplishments:• Supervised team of three HR professionals in long-range strategic planning and established comprehensive staffing and leader reviews for three-year forward planning with executive team.• Created and implemented effective recruiting and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.• Innovated change initiatives to enhance employee productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.• Directed rebranding of business’s core values, integrating and communicating values to foster engaging and high-performance culture at all levels.• Developed and executed compensation and benefits strategies, planning and delivering benefits education programming.• Employed New Leader Workshop program and Remarkable Leadership Program to enhance leadership capabilities.• Launched and organized Employee Wellness Program, driving performance analysis, identifying gaps, and generating strategies to improve performance and cultivate talent at all levels.• Steered Organizational Resource Planning projects, including branch closures, changes in operating hours, and transitions to the Universal Banker position, enabling smooth and efficient application.
