The goal is to find resolutions that are repeatable and impacts the bottom line positively for the process and projects as a whole.I am a Program and Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, vendor and stakeholder management, and business and financial analysis. I began at T-Mobile as Small Cell was taking flight, signed contracts for thousands of sites and no process for auditing or even what invoicing would look like. Pole Attachment fees was a whole new matter for the telco billing groups for both T-Mobile and Carriers. Hours spent reading contracts, researching jurisdictional requirements, and auditing invoices. Working through this process Carriers paid off in over $3MM in cost savings. As an Industry leader in Small Cell/5G billing/invoicing including Pole Attachments, we stand ready to make a new path for how to validate data for both carrier and end user, to find a solution that\'s a win-win-win for jurisdiction, carrier, and customer.I am always working to deliver accurate data to drive business decisions and exceptional customer experiences for internal and external customers alike. At AT & T I delivered regular reports to director level in a format reminiscent of their favorite sports box scores, giving an at-a-glance view of the $85MM budget. The same data was presented to Project Managers at a Site level to determine next steps and adherence to forecast and budgets.I have proven experience in managing contracts for optimal cost savings and minimal cash outlay, or on the carrier side reimbursement for all charges.
