I project manage our event teams, keep our budgets on track, fulfill our sponsors\' needs, and complete all the logistical needs in between. It\'s my job to negotiate venue contracts, order meals, design appropriate room set ups, and make sure the audio visual is flawless. I get excited about putting processes in place and finding efficiencies to increase quality and decrease stress and time spent.I spend the majority of my time in Cvent creating event registration pages, mobile apps, and sourcing venues. Outside of Cvent, I\'m in excel- tracking budgets and learning how to create new formulas.Something fun I\'ve been working on is customer and employee experience at events to keep our energy high and our events engaging.
