In my current role as Manager, Content Strategy & Operations at Syneos Health, I leverage my extensive knowledge in therapeutic and disease areas to collaborate with subject matter experts. My content spotlights the latest advancements in clinical trial and drug development research, with a special focus on areas such as the central nervous system, oncology/immunology, regulatory frameworks, machine learning/AI technologies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I).A significant part of my role involves translating complex research outcomes into engaging and informative abstracts, posters, and presentation content to support Conferences, Meetings & Events, effectively communicating scientific data to a diverse audience. Additionally, I collaborate closely with the design team to develop data-driven infographics and visually compelling scientific materials that enhance understanding, accessibility, and engagement across key stakeholders. These materials play a critical role in communicating complex concepts in a digestible and impactful format.Furthermore, I author training materials sales enablement teams to equip them with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively convey Syneos Health\'s expertise and services.One of my key contributions is developing messaging tracks that foreground the patient voice. This initiative ensures that considerations of diversity, equity, and inclusion are integrated into the early-phase development of clinical trials, reinforcing Syneos Health\'s commitment to patient-centricity and innovation in healthcare.
