Responsibilities – • Prepare milestone project plan for timely realization. • Drive the departmental meetings to communicate the daily project priorities.• Monitor the project performance in terms of Black/Red items, and shortage of full kits.• Implement weekly/monthly schedules for all work centers to ensure the full kit realization• Give feedback/escalation on the critical and bottleneck activities/resources which may delay the project• Report planned vs actual progress daily.• Based on the RM need dates, loading of raw material to respective work centers and coordinating for raw material movement with in-house/subcontract work centers.• Interact with customers for timely receipt of free issue material / obtaining clearances and qualification testing results.• Completing the Infor activities like Production Order (PO) generation, Indenting, Route Card generation, MIN issue, PO closing, resolution of errors etc to ensure proper cost accounting of the project.
