I\'m a technology leader with over 18 years of experience building and scaling high-impact engineering teams and products across the globe. Currently, I lead engineering for YouTube Shopping India, where I focus on building seamless commerce experiences for billions of users. As Youtube\'s Site Lead for Bangalore, I’m also responsible for driving strategic growth, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion, and building a world-class tech hub.I’m passionate about solving 0-to-1 problems, scaling platforms, and mentoring engineers and leaders to reach their full potential. My approach blends deep technical insight with a strong bias for execution, people development, and long-term thinking.Having worked across the U.S. and India, I bring a global perspective to product development, team building, and leadership. As the Bangalore Site Lead, I’m responsible for growing and nurturing a 400+ high-performing, inclusive YT organization, driving cross-functional collaboration, and shaping strategic investments in the region. Passionate about building 0-to-1 products, enabling technical innovation, and mentoring the next generation of engineering leaders.Prior to that, I led software engineering for infrastructure, platform and tools to support 6 products - Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Ads Creative Studio and Google Analytics (combined XX billion dollars in revenue each year) and their teams engineers distributed globally).
