During my tenure at Perkbox, I’ve had the opportunity to deliver several major data and AI initiatives that have strengthened our analytics foundation and unlocked new capabilities across the business.I designed and built a production‑grade data lake on Databricks from the ground up, integrating data from MySQL, DynamoDB, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Intercom, Ask Nicely, Bing, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Zuora. This platform now serves as our central source of truth for analytics and reporting.As part of the programme, I also led the migration of our BI environment from Metabase to Databricks SQL, improving performance, governance, and maintainability across the reporting stack. The pipelines were engineered using a hybrid approach: PySpark for early‑stage ingestion and transformation, and Spark SQL for downstream modelling and analytics.Beyond the core platform, I delivered several high‑impact data and AI products- Fraud Detection Dashboard: A real‑time monitoring solution enabling proactive identification of suspicious activity- Targeted Campaigns via Market Basket Analysis: Analytical models that power personalised marketing and improved customer engagement- LLM‑based Contract Analysis Application: An AI assistant that accelerates contract review and highlights key risks and obligations- LLM‑based Client Questionnaire Assistant: A generative AI tool that automates responses to complex client questionnaires with improved accuracy and turnaround time.I also expanded our data ecosystem with several new sources, including:1. Vivup platform and data warehouse2. Netsuite3. HowKnow4. Invoice data from Runa, Amazon, Uber, Merit, Checkout, Prezzee, Helix, Tillo, Xoxoday, and Digital GlueThese initiatives collectively strengthened our data infrastructure, enhanced operational efficiency, and enabled new AI‑driven capabilities across the organisation.

I have over two decades of professional experience in a variety of domains like quantitative finance, statistical analysis, optimization, software product development, program management and people management. I interlaced individual contributor roles with people and program management roles to get a wider perspective of the business. Along the way (2009-14), I wrote a PhD thesis in Physics and published four papers in peer-reviewed journals. I now desire to bring all of these together to focus on: 1.
