About Ameya Patil
I\'m a recent B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Karnataka with a deep curiosity for how things work—and how to make them work better. Over the past few years, I’ve explored everything from dynamic system simulation to CAD modeling, and contributed to hands-on projects like building a micro-EDM setup and designing parts for an electric motorbike. My internship experiences at BOSCH and NITK gave me practical exposure to industrial maintenance, suspension system simulation, and mechanical design processes. Through these roles, I learned how to approach problems methodically, work as part of a team, and translate engineering concepts into real-world solutions. I’ve also qualified GATE twice (AIR 4976 in ME and AIR 613 in AE) and continue to strengthen my skills in tools like Fusion 360, MATLAB, and Simulink. I’m now looking to start my career as a Mechanical or Product Design Engineer, ideally in a role that blends creativity with engineering fundamentals. I’m excited to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
