Currently not subscribed for ZPA access so bypassing thick applications over the zscaler and forwarding traffic towards the firewall. PAC file configuration for DC change VZEN, Traffic forwarding. Maintain the reports and Zscaler PAC file configuration for different process related access layers, such as Sales force configuration, VDI configuration.6. Perform the zscaler agent level issues addressed over the Incident Management Bridge and solve it. Comparison of PAC files in case multiple PAC present in the system. Having depth knowledge of firewall configurations and checking the traffic shaper configuration and allow the traffic over the same. Also check the firewall settings for the thick applications i.e. Citrix, Salesforce Sabre RED. Also analyze the HAR and Wireshark logs for further troubleshooting. System log analysis from problem management incidents. Major Incident Management :1. Knowledge of WAN and LAN troubleshooting in case of client managed routers or MPLS. Currently forwarding TCP traffic over the zscaler. For UDP traffic still dependent over the local firewalls and local proxy for China location. Not using zscaler in full swing. We are responsible for managing 450 + process across the globe. I.e. Philippines, South Africa, Costa Rica, Romania, US, UK, China. Manage the severity incident according to production impact. Severity Incident Root cause analysis. Identify the responsible owner from core back end teams. Identify the production impact and action accordingly. Drive the technical conversation bridge to minimize the impact on priority. Identify the zscaler policies, Firewall rule sets. Co-ordinate with the process TAM. Create the severity reports end of the month.
