I have a long standing passion and vast experience in the field of equality, diversity & inclusion and leadership development through consultancy services and executive coaching. I provide developmental workshops in the areas of unconscious bias, cultural competence, resilience and motivation, relationship management, assertiveness and confidence and coaching development for supervisors and managers. I have over 30 years’ experience, working in public and private sector organisations, including 25 years with the Police Service. I have worked on a global platform advancing the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda and influencing culture change. My passion and mission is to support organisations in achieving their vision and values for diversity, increase profitability and effectiveness and enhance their reputation as an employer of choice.I hold a Master\'s Degree in Police Leadership, specialising in organisational culture, equality, diversity & inclusion. I have written and presented research papers at academic conferences both nationally and internationally. I am a published author & TEDx speaker.
