About Ameshia Doll

My career started at Gallup as a full-stack developer, writing C#, SQL, and building front-end interfaces with Kendo UI to translate behavioral data into insight. At the time, I did not realize I was building a throughline that connects everything I do today: understanding how people, systems, and decisions actually work. I studied psychology because I wanted to understand behavior. I earned an M.S. in MIS and an MBA because I wanted to understand the systems and strategies that shape it. I built my career in delivery and transformation because I wanted to sit at the intersection of execution and decision-making, where outcomes are created. Over the past 8+ years, I have operated as a strategic execution partner across enterprise and startup environments. I lead organizational change, align cross-functional teams, and translate leadership vision into structured, measurable delivery. I have served as a fractional COO, built operational infrastructure from the ground up, authored a federally aligned SBIR grant for an AI-driven healthcare product, and advised founders through the NSF I-Corps Hub. I have also mentored STEM entrepreneurs, helping them move from idea to execution with clarity and structure. Currently, I am leading a Scrum-to-Kanban transformation. This shift is as behavioral as it is operational. At the same time, I am deepening my capabilities in predictive analytics and machine learning. I build models in Python and RapidMiner, applying regression, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and classification techniques to uncover patterns in complex data. Because understanding people without understanding data only gets you halfway there. What I bring is a rare combination: a technical foundation, a behavioral science lens, executive operating experience, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insight.
