ABOUT AMERICOS PEREZ
I am a recent Computer Science graduate from the University of Florida with a passion for creating customer-facing web applications that focus on enhancing the user experience. I have relevant work experience developing in React/Angular (TypeScript, HTML, CSS) as well as personal projects that are developed using Java and C++.Currently, I am working full-time at JP Morgan & Chase as a Software Engineer gaining experience in developing global enterprise products. Beyond learning new tech stacks within the industry, a significant takeaway for me has been learning the software development processes required to transform an idea into a deployable product, using paradigms such as AGILE and CI/CD.Outside of work, I really enjoy producing hip-hop music, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time exploring the magic of New York City!
