Responsible for every aspect of renovations from sourcing the right contractors/skilled laborers, acquiring parts and materials, budgeting, creating the detailed scope of work for repairs, ensuring the proper permits are being pulled, inspections are being scheduled, and finally market the finished product to potential buyers and/or renters. Real Estate Investing has taken a back seat for awhile to focus on a steady paying job. My husband and I still have two rental homes and one home for sale in San Antonio, TX.
