ABOUT AMERICA ROSAS
Hi! I\'m America, a junior Accounting student at the University of San Diego, Knauss School of Business. I am concurrently completing my Bachelors of Accountancy and Masters of Accountancy as I work towards obtaining my CPA license. As an underrepresented student, I am aware of the gap between the labor force and executive representation among Hispanics in the corporate world. I believe that a business education will provide me with the tools I need to challenge systemic barriers that block opportunities for growth in my community.
