ABOUT TY TURNER

I have thirty years of management experience that includes supervision of automotive technicians, business ownership, and sales / marketing. I currently hold several automotive certifications and accreditations. I recently held an operational manager position responsible for 10 employees and 2 million dollars in asset value. In this field, I have monitored quality and made necessary adjustments to achieve success daily. I have strong written and verbal communication skills and I am a team player. I am trustworthy, challenged by deadlines and handle stressful situations well. I strive to exceed in both professional and personal goals. I have also been hands-on in the technical side of the industry. I have an excellent understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems/circuits/schematics and flowcharts, as well as blueprints. With this working knowledge, I am comfortable being involved in diagnostics, design improvements, or quality oversight in all aspects of the aforementioned areas.I have undergone hazmat training as late as 2016 and have maintained a High-Pressure Boiler operator license for the state of Arkansas. My automotive electrical, hydraulic and mechanical training comes from the respective manufacturers. I have been hands on in the diagnostics of electrical systems and general repair. I am confident in my ability to communicate and work with others in accomplishing goals as a team.
