I am a health care professional with over 10 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice, research, managed care, medical affairs and education. A strong track record of collaboration, relationship building with multidisciplinary health care providers in a large integrated health care systems as well serving as a liaison between pharmacy and other disciplines. Also experiences in pharmacy and therapeutics ( P&T) as a committee member, Investigational Review Board (IRB), pharmacoeconomics, and management. Extensive experience presenting pharmaceutical updates to all levels of practitioners including, physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and managed care staff. Contributed to formulary management, actively analyzing cost savings, performing DUR studies and contributing to P&T committee. Residency trained, board certified in psychiatry and geriatrics.
