Head of Recruitment at Illumination Mac Guff since 2017, supervising a department dedicated to discovering new talents. With more than 10 years of experience in Human Ressources and Recruitment, I am working with the production and management to ensure that projects such as The Grinch or the sequels of The Secret Life of Pets, Minions, Sing and Mario, have the right artists with the best skills and energy in delivering these great movies. Illumination, founded by Chris Meledandri in 2007, is one of the entertainment industry’s leading producers of event-animated films, including Despicable Me—the most successful animated franchise in cinematic history—as well as Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch and The Secret Life of Pets and Sing films. Illumination announced a new animated film based on the world of Super Mario Bros. planned to be released on April 3, 2026, and to be followed by the 3rd chapter of Minions.
