As a Global Learning and Change Manager, I lead strategic initiatives to enhance learning and development across the organization that accelerates the growth of our people and our business. My role focuses on- Marketing and communication of the Learning offer : I oversee the promotion of our Learning offerings, manage projects, and develop engaging content- Change Management: I spearhead change management efforts, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring that changes are successfully adopted across the organization- Innovative and transversal project management: I drive cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, streamline workflows, and ensure project success through impactful results- 360Learning Platform: I manage the platform’s branding, content curation, and oversee the process and governance, enhancing our Learning ecosystem- Community management: I facilitate community engagement and best practices sharing to drive engagement and trafic on our Learning tools and initiatives- Data-Driven Insights: I leverage data and Learning KPIs, from collection to in-depth analysis, to provide actionable recommendations that align with our talent strategy.
