From October 2021-March 2022 I managed $208K in project fees. I served as a facilitator for an Employee Resource Group, onboarded and mentored a new project analyst, peer mentored several other staff across the firm, and rotated into a new leadership position as Northeast Regional Project Management Lead. As Northeast Regional PML, I have continued to enjoy peer mentorship with our incredibly talented staff and had the opportunity to share ideas with my employer on how to improve business practices to maintain life balance. Firm leadership has reminded me that balance can be achieved over the course of my lifetime.

   At Kittelson, I have worked closely with local jurisdictions, state departments of transportation, and private developers primarily on the East Coast and in Canada. Through working with these clients and the communities they serve, I have gained experience along the entire spectrum of the project delivery process, from policy and planning to final design and operations. Some of this work has included access management policy and manual-writing, small area planning, corridor studies, conceptual intersection design, alternative intersection evaluations, quick-build design, traffic calming planning and design, and traffic impact studies. To effectively deliver these kinds of projects, I maintain a proficiency using Highway Capacity Software, Synchro/SimTraffic, SIdra, AutoCAD/Microstation, ArcGIS, and Adobe Illustrator.
