ABOUT AMELIA OLIVEIRA

Hello, My name is Amelia Oliveira, I am a double major at URI with a concentration in Economics & Accounting, and I will be graduating in May! During my time at URI, I founded URI\'s DECA chapter, served as President of Women in Finance, was appointed to the Dean Advisory Council of Students (DACOS), volunteered as a COB ambassador, was initiated into BAP and was a member of FMA. My previous experience extends to interning at Fidelity where I supported the Real Estate and Amenities team. Interning for Warwick Public Schools as a finance intern. I worked at GFG as a Financial Professional while being a student. During this time I received licensing in SIE, Life and Health insurance and certificates in Fixed Annuities and LTC. I am currently pursuing additional licensures. Growing up working at my father\'s tax firm, Oliveira & Associates, I was inspired to open my own financial services home office. Where I currently serve as the Founder and Owner of The Branch by Oliveira. The Branch by Oliveira is my home office inspired by my Portuguese heritage where I am dedicated to helping individuals and families build confidence through my holistic approach to financial services. I offer guidance in risk mitigation strategies (life and health insurance) helping clients protect their income, prepare for future care needs (LTC), and build secure, sustainable retirement strategies (Annuities). https://thebranchbyoliveira.com In addition to my professional work, I serve on BeYOUtiful\'s Board of Directors as the Director of Financial Empowerment & Strategic Partnerships. In my role, I focus on expanding access to financial education, connecting women with resources, and building initiatives that support financial independence.
