I am a University of Michigan student studying Kinesiology with a major in Sport Management. I have gained hands-on experience in professional research labs and one-on-one sponsored research under the guidance of faculty and graduate students. My work includes collecting data from human participants, databases, and peer-reviewed journals, as well as analyzing and visualizing trends using both qualitative and quantitative methods.Alongside my research background, I bring a strong foundation in customer service developed through years of hourly work, strengthening my problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about applying data-driven insights and product optimization principles to enhance the fan experience within the sports industry, and I am eager to explore a wide range of opportunities in this field.
