ABOUT AMELIA MURPHY

I graduated from the Westphal College of Media Arts and Design at Drexel University in June 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design & Merchandising. I began my education with a selected Fashion Design major and studied for four quarters before transferring to Design & Merchandising for a more well rounded curriculum. I have achieved the Dean\'s List placement for multiple years and currently have a 3.7 GPA. I studied at Accademia Italiana in Florence, Italy for a quarter during my junior year, as well. During the spring and summer of 2022, I completed my co-op with Place Showroom as a wholesale intern in New York City, where I worked with the showroom and sales teams assisting in successful brand outreach, brand adjacency and target retailer research, and showroom inventory. I am a dedicated and diligent worker, demonstrating passion, curiosity, and adaptability in my work environment. My communication skills, organization, time management and attention to detail have moved me forward in previous roles of work, so I am excited to learn and support my team in my future endeavors.
