ABOUT AMELIA DE VITA
Big 105.9 Miami! Tune in 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday. 14 years in the radio industry has taught me skills across broadcasting, programming, marketing, Integration, event planning and execution. I have had positions at television stations in Australia such as Channel 7 and channel 9 doing traffic reporting from a helicopter. Radio stations in Australia, such as River 94.9, a Breakfast Producer role at 97.3FM and producing a lifestyle show on Television Station Briz 31. When I first came to the United States, I worked for CBS as the sole traffic reporter for all of their stations until they merged with Entercom and I took on their stations too. Now days I’m a mid day radio host for South Florida’s classic rock BIG 105.9 in Miami and I have a large social media presence in the Fort Lauderdale area. I clearly have a passion for this industry and I can’t wait for my next opportunity!
