For years, I created impactful experiences for diverse teams and industries, yet despite designing my desired career, I still felt unfulfilled. I ignored the small voice inside of me out of fear. Why would I pursue a soul passion when I had \"stability\"? Why would I leave a six-figure career for something so unpredictable? That all changed when I faced a sudden layoff. Then, I realized three truths: I allowed fear to keep me from reaching my full potential. There was no stability- only different paths that I chose.
