About Amelia Warr

How often do you sit and reflect on where you are in life and how it came to be? Whenever I hear the Eagle’s song “Hotel California”, my professional life flashes before my eyes. From checking Gene Hackman in at the front desk to delivering room service (Robes, people! Robes.), selling for over 80 hotels in the southeast (hanging up a call for the Renaissance Nashville Hotel and immediately picking up another call for the Courtyard Little Rock), learning to fold a fitted sheet as an AGM, returning to oversee the same front desk where it all started, back to sales where I got to meet Eli Manning, loving every minute of preparing the rooms portion of three hotel budgets, to now utilizing my creative and witty side to stand out from the stereotypical “sales person”. When I check out of work for the day, I love playing board games and telling cheesy jokes with my six year old son, while our cat and two dogs take turns reenacting scenes from Looney Tunes with Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner.
