I am a CPA and attorney with more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and taxation, focusing on complex domestic and international tax matters. I combine technical tax expertise with legal analysis to advise individuals and multinational businesses on cross-border tax planning, compliance, and regulatory issues.In my current role as a Tax Manager, I work on a range of U.S. and international tax matters, including foreign reporting, entity structuring, and navigating the interaction between U.S. tax rules and international regimes.I graduated cum laude from law school and am currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, further strengthening my focus on international tax and advanced corporate tax matters.My experience spans public accounting, legal research, and government tax administration, allowing me to approach complex tax issues from both compliance and policy perspectives.I am passionate about translating complex tax rules into practical strategies and helping clients navigate an increasingly global tax landscape.
