ABOUT AMELIA NOVAK
Hi! I\'m Amelia, an undergraduate student at the University of Southern California, pursuing a major in English Literature Studies at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences with a minor in Legal Studies at the USC Gould School of Law.On campus, I am involved in some student organizations: USC Barstool Team, Society of Women in Law (SWIL), Legal Studies Student Association (LSSA), Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law Fraternity (KAPi) and the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. I am also co-director of social events and director of philanthropy for my sorority, Delta Gamma. Academically, I am interested in legal philosophy, U.S. history, and critical social theory. I recently conducted research on transcendental individualism through some literature coursework and I hope to continue exploring how narrative and identity shape legal and cultural systems. Relevant coursework includes: Law and the U.S. Constitution, Writing and Critical Reasoning: Issues in Sustainability, Historical Analysis of Fascism, Fundamentals of the U.S. Legal System, Legalities in Entrepreneurship, and extensive Shakespeare coursework. In my free time (very limited) I like to play volleyball, bake, paint, read, and run poker.
