Designed, implemented and maintain a scalable oboarding system using Leapsome, Okta, Notion, Zapier, and Slack — replacing team-by-team onboarding with an automated, role-specific system. Implemented Okta from scratch, learning SSO, SCIM, and ISO compliance independently; integrated with Leapsome and Notion to automate user provisioning and data syncing. Created a lightweight internal CRM, bridging HubSpot with internal tools to support product feedback, partnerships, and customer operations. Established company-wide communication guidelines, improving collaboration norms, channel structure, and response-time expectations; integrated help channels with Notion to speed up internal support.🧠 Built and delivered internal learning programs, including a time management course and self-serve guides for new tools and workflows. Streamlined the company’s SaaS tool stack, introducing access request systems, change logs, and compliance workflows via Notion to remain ISO compliant.🧩 I support teams across the entire company, enabling cross-functional collaboration and centralized data visibility.
