I support leaders at the Director level and below, overseeing approximately 800 team members.• Provide leaders with guidance on compensation philosophy.• Advise on conflict resolution. Investigates team member escalations and concerns, partnering with internal investigation teams as needed. • Educate team members on our suite of Learning and Development tools and resources. Consults on Personal Growth plan development. • Provide guidance on performance management process, up to and including involuntary separation support. • Provide guidance on policy application and addressing policy violations. • Consult on talent management process, such as annual reviews, talent planning, and promotions.• Promote organizational health through analysis of team member listening strategies.• Partner with Principal Business Partners on organizational design initiatives.
