Manage and oversee the direction and productivity of the Promotions Team, Direct Mail/Database Marketing Team, Player Tracking Team and Analysis Team for CNDC Marketing. Provide training, support & assistance on topics such as Advanced Direct Mail Marketing, Database Segmentation, Pre and Post-Event Analysis, Bally ACSC Marketing Suite for Chickasaw Nation Casinos. Help guarantee consistency among property reporting. Testing all facets of the marketing functionality of Bally ACSC 10.0 & 11.5 versions to insure the system works as designed from the view of the end user and corporate level management. Troubleshooting Casino systems & end user issues. Ongoing system process development/creation to standardize system use to ensure consistency & labor effectiveness. Budgeting & reporting on financial effectiveness. Work closely with internal Compliance Department to ensure regulations, policies and procedures are observed as per the MICS & TICS. Provide direction for yield management strategies & hotel direct mail offer campaigns. Provide training & development for company wide Data Integrity initiative.
